Tailored fit for every horse - your unique, adjustable bridle and double bridle.

Discover all sizes of our bridles here. All individual parts (headpiece, bit strap and noseband) can be combined individually, just as your horse requires.

The following applies to every bridle and double bridle: design your unique piece, adapt everything perfectly to the head shape of your horse or pony and combine as you wish. We are only satisfied when everything fits perfectly.

Our dimensions are always given in the minimum (min.) and maximum (max.) settings:

The easiest way to measure the required dimensions is to use a tape measure and a well and correctly fitting bridle directly on the horse's head:

Browband

To measure your browband correctly, ideally lay it flat in front of you and measure from left to right without any possible swing. Even with strongly curved browbands, please select the total length measured and select the correct size accordingly. Greater overall length does not affect swing.

Slightly curved browbands measure approx. 4cm downwards from the baseline, the strongly curved ones measure approx. 8cm.

All browbands have a regular loop size of 3cm. If you need a larger loop, please contact us by email before ordering.

Bit strap

The bit straps are measured across the neck, from snaffle ring to snaffle ring (where the bridle is buckled into the bit). The bit straps should never rest on the cheekbone (or in front of it towards the horse's eye), but rather run approx. 1-2cm behind the cheekbone.

Swedish noseband - nose circumference

The nose circumference is generally measured approximately 2cm below the cheekbone. The noseband should generally be at a right angle to the bit strap, i.e. lie straight above the horse's nose. It is important to ensure that the noseband does not come too low and does not tip up or down.

Cheekbone freedom

Cheekbone clearance is the distance between the two noseband straps that are attached to the noseband. The easiest way to measure this is on a flat bridle or directly on the horse's head.

Length noseband

The length of the noseband is measured across the neck, from the top edge of the noseband to the other. The noseband should never rest on the cheekbone (or in front of it towards the horse's eye), but rather run approx. 1-2cm behind the cheekbone.
