Shipping Times

Standard items without customization are shipped within 2–3 business days. For customized products, we reserve a production time of 7–10 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship our products exclusively as insured parcels or merchandise shipments including tracking number and shipment tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot offer uninsured shipping, even upon request.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs depend on the order volume and the destination country and are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Please note that we have no control over delivery times, especially during peak periods such as Christmas.
If you require express shipping, please contact us by email. Depending on order volume, express delivery may be possible at an additional charge.
