Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods at our business address.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending returns with tracking and insurance, as we cannot assume liability for items lost in transit.

If the goods are not returned in perfect condition, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a (full) refund.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. In particular, custom-made browbands and personalized engravings are expressly excluded from return.
