How long is the delivery time for a desired bridle?

Basically, the delivery/production time for individually made bridles is 5-7 working days. As a rule, however, it is usually quicker. All orders are processed as they are received and cannot be brought forward.

Please note that there may be delays during particularly busy periods (such as Christmas). We will be happy to inform you about this upon request.

How do I specify my browband preference when placing an order?

An individual browband is included with every BRISQUE bridle. Please indicate your color and shape preferences in the comments field during check-out.

Can I exchange my order?

All custom-made elements (browbands, engraved halters) are non-returnable.

Leather goods that are clean and unused can of course be exchanged or returned. As the buyer, you bear the costs for return shipping.

Basically, we assume that there is an intention to purchase behind an order - even if something doesn't fit, we will find a solution together.

It's always worth measuring in advance: partial measurements are included with us.

Are reins included?

We generally deliver our bridles without reins.

Why?

The reins form the connection between the rider's hand and the horse's sensitive mouth - and should therefore always be a "perfect match".

Many riders have their “favorite reins” or often still functional reins in the cupboard. We consciously decided against automatic delivery of the reins and also consciously decided to pass the price advantage directly on to our customers. This means you can freely decide whether you want to use your own reins or purchase them from us.

How can I order a bridle including partial dimensions?

Measuring the horse's head revealed that a mix of different sizes was needed?

No problem!

To order, select the size of the noseband you need (for example "WB") and add it to the shopping cart.

During the check-out process, please enter all other required sizes in the comments field.

How can I order a custom product?

Custom-made products are made as unique pieces just for you according to your own ideas. They usually require 8-10 weeks delivery time.

Can I reorder individual parts?

Did a strap on your favorite bridle break or do you need new bit straps?

No problem! You can also get spare parts for all bridles from us.
