We have summarized the most frequently asked questions about our products for you to read at a glance:

The delivery/production time for custom-made bridles is generally 5-7 business days. However, it's usually faster. All orders are processed upon receipt and cannot be accelerated.

Please note that delays may occur during peak order periods (such as Christmas). We will be happy to inform you upon request.

Every BRISQUE bridle includes a custom browband. Please indicate your color and shape preferences in the comments field during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalized browbands are non-returnable. If a bridle is returned, the browband will be charged at the original retail price.

All custom-made items (browbands, engraved halters) are non-returnable. If a bridle is returned, the browband will be charged at the regular retail price.

Leather goods that are clean and unused can of course be exchanged or returned. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We generally assume that an order is based on an intention to purchase - even if something doesn't fit, we will find a solution together.

It's always worth measuring in advance: partial measurements are included with us.

We generally deliver our bridles without reins.

Why?

The reins form the connection between the rider's hand and the horse's sensitive mouth - and should therefore always be a "perfect match".

Many riders have their "favorite" reins, or often even functional reins, in their closet. We have deliberately decided against automatic rein delivery and have also decided to pass the price advantage directly on to our customers. This way, you can freely decide whether you want to use your own reins or purchase them from us.

Measuring the horse's head has shown that a mix of different sizes is needed?

No problem!

To order, select the size of the required noseband (for example "WB") and add it to your shopping cart.

During the checkout process, please enter any additional sizes required in the comments field.

Custom-made pieces are manufactured individually for you according to your specifications. They typically require 8-10 weeks for delivery.
