We are currently looking for:

Event hero (freelancer, working student, mini-jobber or short-term employment)

For participation in international equestrian events (such as EQUITANA or CHIO Aachen) we are looking for committed event heroes starting immediately and ideally for the long term:

Your tasks:

• Setting up and dismantling the exhibition stand : You will support us in professionally setting up our stand at various equestrian events and dismantling it again after the event.
• Consulting and Sales : You represent BRISQUE professionally on site and advise our customers on our high-quality products.
• Making bridles and browbands : With your craftsmanship, you can make custom bridles and browbands on-site.

This is what you bring with you:

• Affinity to equestrian sports : You are familiar with the world of equestrian sports and ideally have riding experience of your own. Motivated career changers are welcome, but prior experience makes getting started much easier. No worries—of course, you will always receive comprehensive training on our product range and have an experienced event host by your side.
• Strong communication skills and sales talent : You're open, enjoy approaching people, and can present our products convincingly. Providing personalized advice to our customers is our top priority.
• Craftsmanship & hands-on mentality : We go the extra mile for our customers and, upon request, manufacture all browbands and bridles on-site. The individual steps are easy to learn, and a basic enjoyment of manual work and manual skills are required. You recognize the work involved and, as a versatile person, are not afraid of anything.
• Flexibility and resilience : Our events usually begin with setup during the week, usually on Tuesday/Wednesday, and end on Sunday evening. Ideally, we can count on you for the entire event period, and you're willing to work for BRISQUE on weekends as well. Trade fair and event days can be long and stressful – even in stressful situations, you'll be able to keep an overview and keep a smile on your face.
